If your family is anything like mine, Sunday’s usually involve a lot of organisation and planning, particularly meal planning and shopping for ingredients.
Who is going to be home at what times during the week dictates who will be cooking and what we will be eating. We have touch rugby practice, hockey, part-time jobs, my late working hours to consider – it’s a full schedule!
In our household, my husband is the main cook. He takes care of the big weekly shop every Sunday. This tends to cover most of our needs, but of course, like all families, we run low on items during the week.
